Ralph Netsch is currently the only individual maker I know of living in the former East Germany. I have seen him three times at the Berkeley Festival, once in Stockstadt and once at the Boston Early Music Festival and noticed that his instruments have kept getting better and better over the years. I have hand-picked what I consider his best instruments available at the time and sell them to you here on my Unicorn Music website.
